Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Vibetight.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vibetight service ("the Service") operated by Vibetight ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service
Vibetight is project management software for coding agents. We coordinate work. Agents and the code they run live on devices you control.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your authentication credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at security@vibetight.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your data and content
You own your data. You retain all rights to the workspaces, tasks, comments, and other content you create in Vibetight. You grant us a limited license to process this content strictly for the purpose of providing the Service.
We do not train models on your data. We do not sell your data. See the Privacy Policy.
Your responsibilities
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or third-party right (including intellectual property rights and the terms of service of your coding-agent provider).
- Operate a service that competes with or attempts to reverse-engineer Vibetight.
- Run agents on devices you don't own or have explicit authority to use.
- Attempt to disrupt the Service for other users.
Your coding agent
You bring your own coding agent: a subscription or API key with a third-party provider. You are responsible for complying with that provider's terms. Vibetight enforces certain restrictions (notably, agent sharing is disabled for subscription-mode devices) to help you stay compliant, but ultimate responsibility rests with you.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as you choose. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate refunds for partial periods.
Free plans have no payment obligations.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, including non-payment, abuse, or illegal use. We'll give reasonable notice where possible. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile.
On termination, your data is purged per the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express, implied, or statutory).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibetight is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €100.
Changes
We may revise these Terms. Material changes are announced in-product at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
